Heikki Sisula, Environment Counsellor, Finnish Ministry of the Environment

Heikki SISULA (born 1941) is Environment Counsellor in the Finnish Ministry of the Environment and is in charge of e.g. the OECD co-ordination. He is the former head of Environmental Research and Information in the Ministry (departments of Environmental Policy and Environmental Protection), and has long participated in the OECD co-operation. Dr. Sisula has had a university career at the Helsinki University and is author of several textbooks in biology and ecology.
