Follow-up to the Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness

On 3 August 2005, Richard Manning, Chair of the DAC and Michel Reveyrand,  Chair of the DAC Working Party on Aid Effectiveness issued a letter to the heads of delegations to the Paris High Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness (28 February to 2 March 2005).

This letter contains the abridged version of the document "Baselines on suggested targets for the 12 Indicators of Progress -- Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness", which describes the methodology for measuring and setting targets for the 12 Indicators of Progress included in the Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness.
