Working Group on Bribery preparing consultation document

The OECD Working Group on Bribery is preparing a consultation document for release on this webpage in early January 2008.

The goal of the Working Group is that the document will form the basis of a three-month online consultation with stakeholders and partners in the fight against the bribery of foreign public officials on the effectiveness of the OECD anti-bribery instruments since their adoption ten years ago. The aim of the consultation process is to assist the Working Group in its analysis on ways to improve the current OECD anti-bribery system.
