Practical Information

I. Getting there
The International Economic Forum Latin America and the Caribbean 2009 will be held at:

139, rue de Bercy - 75012 Paris

 

The  subway (Métro  in French) is the easiest way to get to the Ministry. The nearest subway station is Bercy (lines 6 and 14). Subway map.

II. Access
The welcome desk will be open from 8.00 a.m. A badge, which should be worn at all times to gain access to the meeting room, will be issued at the Conference Centre. Access map to Conference Centre.
The Forum will start at 9.00 a.m. Please ensure that you allow at least 15 minutes to register before the meeting starts. Participants will not be allowed to enter the room during the opening session.

III. Working Languages
French, English and Spanish, with simultaneous interpretation.

IV. Accommodation

We recommend that you make your hotel reservations early, since there is a strong demand for hotels in Paris. When booking, please be prepared to give your credit card number and its expiry date. Please note that all hotel costs are at your own expense.
