Online registration is now closed. Jounalists are invited to register with their press card when they arrive at the Forum or OECD Ministerial Meeting.

3. Practical Information
- Press room: Accredited journalists will have access at all times to the press room (Room CC1) in the OECD Conference Centre and to the main hall of the OECD Conference Centre. The documents will be available there as well as laptop plug-ins.
- Internet access: Journalists needing Internet access should ensure their equipment is wi-fi enabled. It is important to follow the connection procedure available at the MCM Help Desk located at the Reception Desk in the main hall of the OECD Conference Centre.
- Security measures: For security reasons, journalists will be required to show their press card, national identity card or passport.
- Facilities: The OECD TV, radio and videoconference studios in the OECD Conference Centre will be available to all broadcast journalists on a first come, first served basis. This includes cameras, editing facilities, ISDN lines and the necessary technicians. These facilities are available free of charge. Please contact Ms. Helen Fisher or Mr. François Léonet for further information.
- National media briefings: Journalists will be informed of them as they are organised.
- Interviews with ministers: They can be arranged on an individual basis through their national delegations or Helen Fisher at 01 45 24 80 97.
- Photos of the meeting: They will be put under the Photos section of this website as they become available and can be directly downloaded in high resolution. We invite journalists to use these images. Please include the OECD copyright and credit the photographer. For further information and additional photo requests: news.contact@oecd.org.
