Fiscal Policy Seminar in Mexico City, Mexico, 9-10 June

The OECD Development Centre, the Ibero-American Secretariat (SEGIB), the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) and the Government of Mexico co-organise a policy dialogue event to discuss fiscal policy in Latin America and the Caribbean with government officials, other multilaterals and experts. The event will provide input to the content of the Ibero-American Summit, to take place in Paraguay in late October, 2011, and themes discussed include the region’s macro-economic panorama, the state of public finances and the prospects of a complete fiscal pact between citizens and the State.
