OECD investment co-operation with non-members is organised around :

Participation in the OECD Investment Committee 

Ten non-members (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Egypt, Estonia, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania and Slovenia) have adhered to the OECD Declaration and Decisions on International Investment and Multinational Enterprises and participate regularly in Investment Committee meetings.
