Biography of Mr Ganeshan Wignaraja: OECD Policy Dialogue on Aid for Trade

Dr. Ganeshan Wignaraja is Team Leader (Trade and Investment) and Senior Trade Economist in the Office of Regional Economic Integration of the Asian Development Bank. Previously, he worked for the OECD, the University of Oxford, the Commonwealth Secretariat and Maxwell Stamp PLC. He has also held visiting fellowships at the United Nations University Institute for New Technologies and the Overseas Development Institute. He has published seven books on a range of economic issues and has a doctorate in economics from the University of Oxford.
