The 4th OECD Forum on African Public Debt Management will be held 26-27 November 2009 at the OECD Conference Centre in Paris, France. Discussions will focus on an exchange of information on ongoing activities regarding African Public Debt Management and Bond Markets.
The target audience for the forum includes senior debt management and other financial policymakers involved in public debt management and bond markets in both advanced and emerging market countries.

This annual forum is held under the aegis of the OECD Working Party on Debt Management and the Multilateral Public Debt Management Network and is sponsored by the Icelandic Government. It brings together debt managers from all over the world to discuss viewpoints and experiences relating to public debt management.
