Jill is currently on a development assignment and has been replaced by Carola Miras.

Jill Gaston is responsible for the IMHE journal Higher Education Management and Policy, which provides authoritative peer-reviewed papers on a wide range of institutional governance and policy issues. She joined the IMHE team in August 2006.
Jill also works part-time for the OECD Programme on Educational Building (PEB) whose journal CELE Exchange she has edited since 1998.
She was born and educated in the United States and came to France with The Cousteau Society before taking a position at the OECD.
