1. Meeting venue
The venue for the meeting is Palais d’Egmont in Central Brussels. The palais dates back to the XVIth century and has a long history of hosting high level international conferences. Its reception capacity is a little more than 200 participants.

2. Organisation of the meeting
On the first day (17 October), experts representative of public authorities, employers organisations, unions, research centres, universities and the civil society will participate only by personal invitation to reflect a balance by country and type of organisation (around 3 by country).
On the second day, (18 October), the meeting is restricted to official OECD delegations in the context of the Employment, Labour and Social Affairs Committee at the ministerial level.
There are no registration fees and lunch is offered.
Ministers or Heads of delegation are invited by the Belgian Minister of Employment to a dinner on the evening of 17 October at Egmont Palace as from 7 pm.
3. Official delegations
In view of the limited capacity of the meeting room, the number of persons per official delegation, Minister or Head of delegation included, is restricted to 3 persons each day.
4. Accreditation
For security reasons, all the participants must be registered before the meeting. Access will be denied without the appropriate accreditation.
5. Accomodation
The organizers are not covering travel and accommodation expenses. Preferential prices are being offered at the «Novotel Brussels Off Grand’Place» for reservations made directly by yourself before 25 September (135 euros per night for a single room + 15 euros breakfast-buffet). Please note that the number of rooms at this price is limited. This hotel is at a ten-minute walk distance from the Palais d’Egmont.
