Anti-Corruption Network for Eastern Europe and Central Asia 4th Monitoring Meeting

Paris, France, 20-21 October 2005

The Anti-Corruption Network for Eastern Europe and Central Asia held its 4th Monitoring Meeting under the Istanbul Anti-Corruption Action Plan. The objective of the Meeting was to discuss national actions carried out by Armenia, Azerbaijan, the Kyrgyz Republic and Ukraine to implement the recommendations endorsed during the Istanbul Action Plan reviews of these countries. The Meeting also reviewed the existing legal and institutional framework for fighting corruption in Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation, as presented in the self-assessment status report, prepared by the governments of the countries.
