The founding members of The Circle are Argos from Colombia, Buenaventura from Peru, CCR, CPFL, Natura, NET, Suzano and Ultrapar, from Brazil. Joining the Circle in June 2006 were Embraer and Marcopolo of Brazil, Grupo ISA of Colombia, Atlas of Costa Rica, and Ferreyros of Peru. Homex of Mexico became the 14th member in October 2007.
