This unique and comprehensive database provides statistics on stocks and flows of immigrants and expatriates in OECD countries broken down by nationalities/countries of birth, and educational attainment. It also provides data on the emmigration rates of highly educated people by country of birth. Data are generally available from the early 1990s onwards.
