Guidelines for reporting CRS/DAC in converged format (CRS ++)

The Creditor Reporting System (CRS) for bilateral official development aid (ODA) and other official flows (OOF) has been extended to cover also multilateral ODA, multilateral OOF and private flows. This extended CRS, called CRS++, allows the compilation of all necessary aggregates, among which those currently collected in the DAC Annual and Advanced Questionnaires.

The CRS++ guidelines provide reporters with general principles for reporting and examples.

The CRS++ Excel file contains the format and all codes needed for reporting (donors, agencies, recipients, channels and purpose codes).
