2. Policy Forum on International Sourcing of Business Process and IT Services
The Policy Forum will discuss international sourcing of business process services based on a study which includes sections on China, the Czech Republic, India and The Philippines. Non-member countries studied as well as the BIAC are invited to participate in the Policy Forum and contribute to the debate by sharing their views with the Trade Committee.

There will be a discussion between the Trade Committee, Observers and invited Ad-hoc Observers on the basis of analytical work presented.
4. China's Trade and Growth: Impact on Selected OECD Countries
There will be a discussion between the Trade Committee, Observers and invited Ad-hoc Observers on the basis of analytical work presented.
5. Implementation of the Medium-Term Strategy
a) Proposed elements for a roadmap to advance the Trade Committee’s medium term strategic priorities “Realising the benefits from trade liberalization and “Trade and domestic policy”
Based on discussions at the 147th Session of the Trade Committee, specific activities to be undertaken in 2007-08 on the Trade Committee’s priority areas ‘Benefits and Costs of Further Trade Liberalisation’ and ‘Trade and Domestic Policies’ will be presented for approval.
b) Revisions to the Trade Committee’s 2007-08 PWB to incorporate new work on services
Revisions to the Trade Committee’s activities in 2007-08 to incorporate new work on services will be proposed explaining the changes in the earlier planned work to allow new work on designing and constructing the Services Trade Restrictiveness Index (STRI). The proposal sets out the existing output results which would be cancelled and on the basis of the services “Road Map” and the discussions at the June Trade Committee meeting and the Experts meeting of 19 September; new clusters of work on the STRI to replace the cancelled these.
c) Elaboration of future working methods and communication activities
Trade Committee Delegates are invited discuss initiatives proposed and identify any further actions to be undertaken in respect of future working methods and communication activities.
