5th Asian Corporate Governance Roundtable meeting: 26-28 March 2003

Organised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on 26-28 March 2003, the 5th meeting of the Asian Roundtable comprised drafting sessions on the White Paper on Corporate Governance in Asia, as well as a workshop on implementation and enforcement issues.   The meeting was organised by the OECD, in partnership with the Global Corporate Governance Forum and the Government of Japan.  The Securities Commission, Malaysia, the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange and the Malaysian Institute of Corporate Governance served as joint hosts.
