Published by the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) of the OECD, this CD-ROM provides economists and researchers with a unique source of up-to-date comparative statistics and information on international development.
Time series cover: volume, origin and types of aid and other resource flows to over 150 recipient countries; individual aid activities on bilateral and multilateral Official Development Assistance commitments by sector type, donors, recipient, with textual and numerical information on projects; key development indicators; numerous Aid charts for DAC members, recipient countries/territories and regions.
This edition uses the same browser interface as the previous version and includes the following information:
- DAC/GEO (Geographical Distribution of Financial Flows to Aid Recipients, 1960-2008) database which is in user-friendly Beyond 20/20TM version 7, a WindowsTM-based software that allows you to build customised tables and charts, export the data, and perform your own analysis;
- CRS (Creditor Reporting System, 1973-2008) and DCR/STATS (Statistical Annex of the 2010 Development Co-operation Report) databases which are in TXT and/or MicrosoftTM Excel format;
- Aid at a Glance, including Aid Charts for DAC Members, recipient countries/territories and regions;
- A detailed documentation in AcrobatTM format for each database.
