Triangular co-operation is a highly relevant mechanism to implement the 2030 Agenda offering great variety in terms of scale, scope, regions, sectors and project types. This repository has data on the topics, budgets and durations of over 420 triangular co-operation projects based on the information that respondents shared in the 2015 OECD survey on triangular co-operation.
Triangular co-operation unites diverse development partners – bilateral providers of development cooperation, international organisations and partners in South-South cooperation – in pursuit of the common goal of reducing global poverty.
The dialogue will provide an opportunity to exchange knowledge and experiences among the OECD’s Development Assistance Committee (DAC), its members, and Latin American and Caribbean (LAC) countries to promote greater understanding and collaboration on shaping a development co-operation architecture in light of the 2030 Agenda.

OECD Publications on Triangular Co-operation
Romania became a Participant in the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) on 5 April 2018. As a provider of substantial concessional finance for development co-operation and humanitarian aid, Romania will contribute to the DAC’s discussions and work on key development and humanitarian issues.
This international meeting taking place on 17-18 April 2018 will bring together a wide range of practitioners and officials from the different actors involved in triangular co-operation.
Kuwait became a Participant in the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) on 30 January 2018. With Kuwait, the DAC has the opportunity to learn from and integrate the perspectives, lessons learnt and experience of an important Arab provider of development co-operation. In 2016, Kuwait disbursed USD 1 billion in net official development assistance (ODA).
