The Latin American Economic Outlook 2012: Transformation of the State for Development was presented in Lima on 9 November 2012, at the Central Bank of Peru (programme and presentations in Spanish).
Opening speech by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Rafael Roncagliolo, and Central Bank Governor, Julio Velarde, of Peru was followed by a presentation by the Americas Head of Desk, Christian Daude and Economist from the OECD Development Centre, Ángel Melguizo. This event was organised by the Central Bank of Peru.
