    Peace and Development in Finland´s Development Cooperation- Country programme in Palestinian Territories

    This evaluation assesses how Finnish development cooperation in fragile states is contributing towards peace and security. The role of development policy as part of conflict prevention and peace mediation was included in the Programme of the Finnish Government in 2011.     Evaluation of the European Union's Cooperation with the occupied Palestinian territory and support to the Palestinian people - Vol 2

    The evaluation findings suggest that there have been important accomplishments. The European Union can legitimately claim to be the most reliable partner of the Palestinian Authority, and the largest contributor to Palestinian welfare. Yet little was done to remove the most significant obstacles to sustainable co-operation outcomes and achievement of a viable, democratic and contiguous Two-State solution.
