This evaluation assesses the Commission of the European Union’s (EC) cooperation with Ecuador over the period 2003-2010. It aims at providing an overall independent assessment of the entire EC cooperation strategy and support in the country and to draw out key lessons to help improve current and future EC strategies and programmes.

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency(UNRWA)provides support to 4.9 million refugees in Gaza, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria and the West Bank. The Department for International Development (DFID) is UNRWA's fourth largest donor. This review assesses the impact of DFID’s support on Palestine refugees, the effectiveness of DFID’s engagement with UNRWA and focuses on UNRWA’s provision of support to refugees (except Syria).

Nepal is the least-developed country (LDC) in South Asia, with the lowest per-capita income. While the country is working on social and economic development, they are in need of international assistance due to such reasons as harsh geographical conditions. This evaluation targets Japan’s assistance policy for Nepal in general, and in particular analyzes the period from Japanese FY 2006 (April onwards) to the time of this report.
