This evaluation presents the juridical framework of the decentralized franco-chinese co-operation and displays the role of both French and Chinese institutional actors. Based on an in-depth study of 4 hand-on cases, as well as on a large scale sample and representing territoriales collectivities, the evaluation alights the types of coordination of the franco-chinese actions.
