Ex-post evaluation report on the project for Irrigation Technology Capacity Building in Upper Myanmar
As the agricultural industry forms a great part of the total industries in Myanmar, the nation has made efforts to improve its agricultural productivity. Particularly, they have heavily invested in expanding irrigation area by developing sources for farming water such as dams or pumping stations. In this process, testing and analysis of soil and materials are very important for designing and manufacturing irrigation facilities.

Ex-post Evaluation Report on the Project for Establishment of Korea-Vietnam Friendship IT College in Danang
Thanks to the establishment of the IT college, many Danang IT major hopefuls are now able to get involved in the quality IT training, consequently providing well-qualified IT workers in the community. Also, it helped vitalize the local market economy as well as contributed to attract some enterprises in the IT complex in Danang such as IT Park and hi-tech Zone.

Ex-post Evaluation Report on the Project for the Establishment of Industrial Training Center in Thagaya, Myanmar
More than 600 students have been educated at Industrial Training Center Thagaya since 2009, with more than 63% of the graduates being employed since 2010. The newer, higher quality equipment at Industrial Training Center Thagaya also helped improve the quality of labor, providing a positive influence on the local and domestic industry in Myanmar. As a result, this project was evaluated as being very effective.

Ex-post Evaluation Report on the Project for Upgrading Jaffna Technical College as a College of Technology - Sri Lanka
The project was not able to meet the student enrollment or graduation rates. However, 379 students were educated and trained in the four departments of the Jaffna College of Technology in 2013, with another 31 students are expected to graduate from the ICT Department in 2014. Therefore, the project was evaluated as being somewhat effective.

Ex-post Evaluation Report on Program for the Improvement for the Automotive Vocational Training System in Egypt
The evaluation revealed to attain the job training system establishment in poor fashion, and the faults are seen to be related in partial expertise sent to promote the project. The experts of conduct was from engineering sector and had not participated in other field; labor market analysis, management, curriculum development, finance, etc.

The primary purpose of this evaluation is to analyse success-factors or failure-factors and to draw lessons for future similar projects. Also, to suggest improvements for project system in terms of policy, and apply them to grant-type aid policy, and ultimately to contribute to the quality of aid.

This evaluation was commissioned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. The evaluation found that donor support for tax reform in the Pacific has been consistent with good international practice. There was also effective local ownership of reforms with a strong policy dialogue between partners. However, tax reforms in the Pacific remain fragile.

Cette évaluation couvre l'APD belge sur 2002-2012, période du premier papier sur la stratégie environnementale. L'évaluation conclut que la prise en compte de l’environnement par les services de développement de la coopération belge donne des résultats positifs, mais non quantifiables. La pression sur l'environnement des activités de coopération a été réduite et les conditions d'une gestion durable de l'environnement ont été améliorées.
