    Evaluation of the European Union's co-operation with the occupied Palestinian territory and support to the Palestinian people - Vol 1

    The evaluation findings suggest that there have been important accomplishments. The European Union can legitimately claim to be the most reliable partner of the Palestinian Authority, and the largest contributor to Palestinian welfare. Yet little was done to remove the most significant obstacles to sustainable co-operation outcomes and achievement of a viable, democratic and contiguous Two-State solution.
