Global Partnership for Development Millennium Development Goal 8 - First progress report by Belgium 2004

Five years after the Millennium Declaration and following the example of the Netherlands, Denmark and Norway (among others), Belgium is offering an account of how our country is working to fulfil Millennium Development Goal 8, which calls for a "Global partnership for development".
