Agricultural Policies

Agricultural policy changes in the OECD’s 30 member countries, and in a broad range of non-member countries are evaluated. Measurement of support and protection levels, done annually using internationally recognised indicators, is one of the main tools. Practical advice is offered to governments on how to move to a new policy paradigm in which policy instruments are targeted and tailored to specific objectives, equitable and minimally production and trade distorting. www.oecd.org/tad/policies
