The Crisis and Beyond
For a stronger, cleaner, fairer economy |
| 23-24 June, The OECD Conference Centre, 2 rue André Pascal, 75116 Paris |
Key issues on the OECD Forum agenda |
The annual OECD Forum is your chance to take part in the debate on major international policy issues alongside the OECD Ministerial meeting. More than 10 000 people from all parts of society have already exchanged ideas and experiences, and played their part in shaping the responses to global challenges. Now is your chance.
The 10th Forum takes place in the midst of the worst financial and economic crisis for 60 years.
Never before has the public's contribution to government policy discussions been so critical.
|
| Be part of the debate on these headline issues: |
-
How to restore growth and strengthen the global economy in the longer term?
-
How to restore stability and confidence in the financial system?
-
How to soften the impact of recession?
-
How to raise corporate governance standards?
-
How to weather the employment crisis?
-
How to keep markets open for trade and investment?
-
What about green growth and climate change?
|
| Why come to the OECD Forum? |
The OECD Forum is a "multi-stakeholder summit" which brings together business and labour leaders, civil society personalities, government ministers and leaders of international organisations to discuss the hottest issues on the international agenda. It takes place in conjunction with the annual OECD ministerial summit which will be chaired by Korean Prime Minister HAN Seung-soo.
