Paris, 11 March 2019 - Calls for a level playing field are a growing challenge for trade and investment treaty policy makers. Debates at the 5th annual OECD Investment Treaty Conference focused on how level playing field concerns interact with investment policy.

27 February 2019 - Discussions at the inaugural OECD Competition Open Day adressed: non-price competition in digital markets, vertical restraints and exclusionary practices in e-commerce, excessive prices in pharmaceutical markets, and gun jumping and pre-closing exchanges of information.
