This paper provides an outline of a project which will study the activities of multinational enterprises in weak governance zones, focusing on the Democratic Republic of the Congo as a case study.
In 2002, OECD Ministers called for a review of the OECD Principles of Corporate Governance. After more than a year of extensive and open consultations the revised Principles were released in April 2004.
