This Investment Policy Review examines Tunisia's achievements in developing an open and transparent investment regime and its efforts to reduce restrictions on international investment.
This meeting focused on concrete projects for improving women entrepreneurs' access to financing and business development services in the Middle East and North Africa region. It was followed by a conference on policy measures to boost employment for youth and women.

Since 2008 prices of primary commodities have increased significantly. This has led to calls for competition authorities to be more vigilant regarding anti-competitive practices and to deal with pressure from politicians and the media especially when basic foodstuffs are involved.
