The OECD Workshop on insurance and private pensions in Baltic States was organised back to back with the Regional Meeting of the International Network of Pensions Regulators and Supervisors for the Central and Eastern European countries in Tallinn, Estonia.
The first session of the Workshop on insurance and private pensions in Baltic States was devoted to three major insurance policy issues: e-insurance, policyholder protection funds and insurance of emerging systemic risks. The second session focused on common insurance and private pension issues, i.e. portfolio management and annuities. The regional INPRS meeting mainly discussed options for legal form, governance and supervision of pension schemes, as well as fee structure, disclosure and education.
The documentation from the two meetings is detailed below. Click on the title to download the document in pdf.
