The Russian Federation, the World Bank and the OECD are working together to support the advancement of financial literacy and capability by:

• developing a comprehensive definition of financial capabilities
• reviewing current research and information on existing programmes
• developing and testing measurement and evaluation methods.

This initiative is looking to establish standard methods for measuring knowledge and financial capability.

Dissemination

This knowledge is disseminated through seminars and conferences to enhance the capacity of countries to develop effective financial literacy and education strategies.
