Seoul, Korea - 24-25 October 2016The 2016 OECD Asian Roundtable on Corporate Governance took place on 24-25 October in Seoul, Korea. The Asian Roundtable provides a unique platform to analyse progress and address remaining challenges with respect to the corporate governance framework in Asian economies. An important reference for the Roundtable is the G20/OECD Principles of Corporate Governance and their implementation in the Asian context. This meeting was hosted by the Ministry of Justice of Korea. The Asian Roundtable also benefits from the long standing support of the Government of Japan. The Asian Roundtable discussion covered four main themes:
