This series presents the outcomes of reviews of legal and institutional frameworks in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kyrgyz Republic, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan. 

These reports are available in English and Russian on the OECD iLibrary

These reviews are based on self-assessment reports prepared by the governments of the participating countries. The reports were examined by experts from ACN and OECD countries. The assessments and recommendations are then discussed and endorsed at the plenary meetings of the Istanbul Action Plan. These reviews were carried out by the OECD-hosted Anti-Corruption Network for Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
