DAC-EPOC Task Team on Climate Change and Development Co-operation is a group of experts on the issue of climate change, particularly on climate change adaptation. The task team’s overarching mission is to integrate climate change adaptation into development co-operation.

On 5 December, the OECD will launch the Development Cooperation Report 2013: Ending Poverty. To coincide with this, Intelligence Squared will host a panel of experts to discuss the key issues that the report raises. For more information, visit the Intelligence Squared event page.
The OECD’s Task Force on Tax and Development was created in January 2010. Its role is to advise the OECD Committees in delivering a Tax and Development Programme to improve the enabling environment for developing countries to collect taxes fairly and effectively.
On October 22, Poland became the fourth OECD member to join the DAC in 2013. Over the last few years, Poland has made considerable progress in structuring its development co-operation system. It now has a legal and strategic framework, as well as an institutional structure for providing development co-operation.
The OECD Development Cooperation Directorate is taking a fresh look at the results agenda in an effort to help advance results management among DAC members.
We need to design a new vision, a new agenda and a unique post-2015 framework addressing economic, social and environmental challenges in a more integrated manner, said Angel Gurría, OECD Secretary-General and Erik Solheim, Chairman of the OECD Development Assistance Committee.
