How should you plan an evaluation, consult with stakeholders and follow up on responses to findings and recommendations in evaluations?

Based on the DAC's 50 years of experience in international development, we've developed a normative framework for evaluating the results and effectiveness of development policies and programmes. A framework that has since gained broad international consensus, it consists of quality standards, general principles and advice on specific types of evaluation:

• Glossary of Key Terms in Evaluation and Results Based Management

We also work to address good evaluation practice in challenging emerging areas of development co-operation, including:
