Toronto must be more competitive, says OECD

Toronto is home to 40% of Canada’s business headquarters, the world’s seventh largest stock exchange, and it produces almost 20% of the national GDP. OECD’s new review of the Toronto region makes numerous recommendations to help the city out of its economic doldrums and make it more sustainably competitive.
