The OECD is committed to promoting gender equality as a strong driver of economic development, inclusivity and socio-economic participation. This annual conference brings together senior decision-makers from the public and corporate worlds, experts, academics and stakeholders to focus on how to close gender gaps in the private sector, considering different policy approaches and implementation tools. Debates at the 2019 event will cover:
