13 December 2010 - OECD Conference Centre, Paris

A special consultation between delegates from governments adhering to the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and stakeholders representing business, trade, NGOs and other international organisations took place in Paris on 13 December 2010. Discussions focussed on human rights, employment and labour, due diligence, supply chains and procedural provisions, including those relating to the functioning of National Contact Points.
