This roundtable was organised by the OECD in partnership with the Philippines Institute of Corporate Directors, the Philippines Stock Exchange and the Department of Finance of the Philippines. Participants reviewed and evaluated the implementation of corporate governance standards and practices as a vital step to reinforcing market integrity in the Asian region.
