Mr. Gurría presented the OECD's first
Latin American Economic Outlook at a launch event including panel sessions to discuss the reform agenda in the region and the contribution of business to development in Latin America (read his
speech).
Mr. Gurría gave a
keynote speech on the impact of China and India on challenges and opportunities in Latin America at a meeting of Iberoamerican enterprises, and participated in the 17th Iberoamerican Summit.
