The aim of the OECD Risk Management Programme is to develop methodologies to support government and industry efforts to manage risks posed by chemicals, and, when appropriate, to harmonise risk management activities on particular chemicals. In recent years, work in this area has essentially focused on perfluorinated chemicals, but previous work has also focused on a range of other specific chemicals.
