Workshop on "Capacity Building for Effective Local Partnerships", 28-29 May 2007, Opatjia - Croatia

The workshop presented and discussed a draft summary report and the preliminary findings and recommendations for Varazdin and Vukovar counties where a previous 1-week study visit was conducted by an international review team led by USAID Croatia, the OECD Secretariat, and World Learning.

This 2.5-day seminar was the second stage of a capacity building programme designed for experienced partnerships from OECD member countries and allowed a more in-depth discussion on how partnerships can enhance their capacity to influence policy at the local, national and international levels.
