How can governments help small and innovative firms continue to grow in the midst of an economic crisis? Entrepreneurs, bankers, policy makers and academics will discuss this and other issues at the conference which is open to media.
To implement an entrepreneurship agenda, national governments needed to partner with local governments, the private sector, and civil society organisations. This seminar aimed to develop a dialogue between national and sub-national stakeholders in the entrepreneurship field.

The Trento Centre worked with the Autonomous Province of Trento to support the work of the European Social Fund Co-operation Network. As part of this work, the OECD LEED Programme conducted five two-day ‘mini-reviews’ in five member regions of the Network.
This seminar begins with a day session open to a wider audience of policymakers and practitioners involved in tackling the impact of the crisis on jobs and skills. Day 2 and 3 are structured around a mix of expert presentations, discussion and group work. Presentations are available online.
