"After finishing my PhD I came as a Young Professional (YP) to work on the contribution of Multinationals to Productivity Growth in OECD countries. During my experience as a YP I had the opportunity to present the results of the project to policy makers and academics but also to contribute to several OECD publications.

 

I went back to academia for a few years and since 2009 I am again at the OECD working on entrepreneurship and innovation. Having been a YP has allowed me to focus my work inside and outside OECD on providing rigorous evidence based policy analysis."
