After the YPP ?
"Back in 1995-97 my YPP days were wide ranging; from horizontal projects on technology and job creations; to country desk work in Economics; to politics around negotiations in Trade.
It was a tremendous opportunity to grow, from an academic environment to a place in which I had to mobilise knowledge and skills for the broader community.
Some tips: be proactive in making your 2-year experience as enriching as possible, have good mentors, work on compelling and high impact projects, experience the diversity of the organisation, work with passion, flexibility and commitment to make a difference for the international community, in any of the fields you deal with. Never stop learning and challenging yourself and those around you."
