Harmonisation of the Fruit and Vegetables Quality Assessment
The objectives of this meeting is to reintroduce training sessions in this area of expertise in the Slovak Republic. The objectives include the following:
- Interpretation of quality standards for berry fruits, ware potatoes and tomatoes
- Relation between quality and food safety controls- different aspects of the joined controls
- Climate change and is impact on the horticulture
- Exotic fruit – growing technologies, post – harvest technologies and storage
