Risk management in agriculture

Introduction to risk management in agriculture

OECD analysis takes a holistic approach to risk management that focuses on the interactions between different types of risks, of strategies undertaken by farmers, and of government policies that impact on risk management. The studies undertaken by OECD cover a wide range of areas, from livestock diseases that impact at both the international and national levels, climate change, food security, and on risks that affect, in particular, farmers working in developing countries.
