Visits
At the Summit, Mr. Gurría will deliver remarks and participate in a Ministers’ Roundtable on "Attracting New Sources of Private Finance to Transport Infrastructure". He will also present an OECD Transport Working Paper: “Mobilising Private Investment in Sustainable Transport: the Case of Land-Based Passenger Transport Infrastructure”.
Mr. Pedro Passos Coelho, Prime Minister of Portugal, will visit the OECD on Tuesday 14th May 2013.

The OECD Secretary-General will be in Rome on Thursday 2nd May to present the 2013 OECD Economic Survey of Italy with Fabrizio Saccomanni, Minister of Economy and Finance. Mr. Angel Gurría will also meet with several high level officials, including Mr. Letta and Mr. Enrico Giovannini, Minister for Labour and Social Policy.
The Russian Federation’s First Deputy Prime Minister, Igor Shuvalov, visited the OECD today. He addressed the OECD Council and had a two-hour dialogue on the ongoing accession of Russia to the OECD with Member countries’ Ambassadors.

OECD Secretary-General will visit Japan on 22-24 April to launch the Economic Survey of Japan. During his stay in Tokyo, Mr. Gurría will also meet government officials and representatives from the business and labour communities amongst others.

The Secretary-General, Mr. Angel Gurría, will visit The Netherlands on 13th and 14th of March 2013, to attend the 2013 International Summit on the Teaching Profession. He will also go to The Hague and hold a bilateral meeting with Mr. Jeroen Dijsselbloem, Finance Minister.
