Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, was in Helsinki on 27-28 October 2015 to attend the OECD Public Governance for Inclusive Growth Ministerial Meeting "Towards a New Vision for the Public Sector".

 
While in Helsinki, the Secretary-General met with Mr. Sauli Niinistö, President of Finland, and several high-level officials participating in the Ministerial Meeting.

Mr. Gurría opened the Ministerial plenary session, “Why Public Governance for Inclusive Growth?”, and presented the OECD Regulatory Policy Outlook 2015.
